From getting started to registering each semester to complete his/her degree and accessing his/her academic records. Our Easy‑to‑Understand Admission Policy

What We Value What It Means for You
Fairness Everyone is assessed using the same clear academic standards—no discrimination of any kind.
Merit Your previous school or university results are the main basis for selection.
Student Support The Registry team is available (in person, phone, or email) to answer questions and help with documents.

Undergraduate Entry – What You’ll Need

Finished Secondary School

Somaliland/Somalia Secondary School Certificate or another recognised high‑school credential.

Official Transcripts & Certificate

Upload clear scans or bring originals for verification.

Completed Online Application Form

Takes about 10 minutes; you can save and return.

Two Recent Passport Photos

Standard passport‑size, plain background.

Programme‑Specific Items (only if asked)

E.g. a short portfolio for Art & Design, or a health check for Nursing. That’s it—no extra exams or hidden costs.

Postgraduate Entry – Simple Requirements

For Master’s Degrees

  • Bachelor’s degree (recognised university) in a related subject.
  • Certified transcript of your Bachelor’s studies.
  • Brief statement of purpose or research interest (some programmes).
  • Two recent photos & the online form.

For Post‑graduate Diplomas

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional award.
  • Certified transcript (same as Master’s).
  • Short personal statement (optional for most diplomas).
  • Two recent photos & the online form.

Departments may invite you to an informal interview or chat—mainly to discuss your goals and ensure the programme is the right fit.
